Shipping, Returns and Refunds

We ship to anywhere in South Africa for R80.

If you live in the major areas/cities of South Africa your items will be delivered to your door via courier service.
 
If you live in a remote/grey area in South Africa, or cannot receive parcels in person, items will be sent to your closest PostNet or Post Office branch.
 
All of South Africa qualifies for FREE SHIPPING for orders above R800.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Anywhere outside the Borders of South Africa will cost R150 – R480 depending on weight.
 
Smaller items such as jewelry and tiny gems don’t weight much and can be sent to anywhere in the world for as little as R150.
Multiple items may be ordered together, the system will calculate the shipping charges accordingly.
If you are not happy with the price the system is automatically charging you for international shipping, send me an email and we’ll see if we can arrange a better price to your destination at the current time ♥
 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We always try to describe all our products in the best detail we can and we also add multiple images for each product to ensure you know what you are buying and that you are happy with your purchase...

But due to the nature of online shopping, we do understand that you may not always be happy with what you bought...

We offer you a Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of return.

To return or exchange an item:

Fill in your order number, your name, contact number and reason for return/exchange.

We will contact you with the return details (we are currently in the process of moving office)

Natural crystals are fragile so please make sure to package them carefully!

Any items must be returned UNDAMAGED, UNWORN and in the same condition that the item was sent in, including any tags etc.

Regrettably, we can not refund any shipping costs paid. 

Costs to send the items back to us will be on your own account.

 

What happens next?

Upon receipt of the product/products and after checking the condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the amount you paid or have your exchanged item sent back to you.

For exchanges: Please allow 2 - 7 working days for this to be processed.

For refunds: Please allow 2 - 14 working days for this to be processed through the payment gateways.

We reserve the right to accept or reject the return of products that do not meet these requirements or which we believe are not acceptable for return.
